Developer Partner Cohort
AgentLed is selecting a small Q4 2026 cohort of senior developers, automation consultants, and FDE-style builders to deploy AI workflows for client teams: scoped agents, data-connected routines, approval paths, monitoring, and post-launch iteration.
You bring technical judgment, client-facing delivery, and a proven automation or software track record. AgentLed provides the client workspace, integration layer, operating context, delivery playbooks, and selected deployment opportunities.
Partner profile
Capacity
Reserve predictable weekly hours, sprint capacity, and post-launch support windows.
Package model
Offer deployments, retainers, maintenance, or vertical packages with reviewed scope.
Delivery style
Use your own agents and tools while AgentLed provides the workspace and operating layer.
Quality bar
Packages are reviewed before they are offered to clients in the Q4 2026 cohort.
The gap
The hard part is not the first agent. It is mapping the real workflow, connecting the right systems, deciding where humans stay in control, handling exceptions, and improving the workflow once real users touch it.
Scope the workflow around an operational outcome
Connect source systems without blurring credential boundaries
Define review gates for sensitive actions
Test edge cases before launch
Monitor failed, low-confidence, and high-risk runs
Leave the client with clear handoff docs
What you can offer

What AgentLed provides
You can still use your own tools, agents, prompts, scripts, and development environment. AgentLed is the shared platform layer that makes the work easier to sell, deliver, monitor, repeat, and hand off.
Isolated client workspaces, integrations, credential boundaries, workflow history, approval gates, run visibility, and credit-based execution.
Client emails, meeting notes, follow-ups, relationship history, delivery notes, and handoff context in one place.
Playbooks, reusable templates, scoped launch checklists, monitoring patterns, QA rights, and selected client opportunities when there is a fit.
Selection bar
We are looking for operators who can take a client from ambiguous workflow to monitored production system, while communicating clearly with the people who own the business outcome.
Probably not a fit
Only wants prompt-writing work
Cannot join client conversations
Avoids documentation and handoff
Does not want accountability after the first demo
Shipped software, automation, internal tooling, or AI workflows for real users
Worked directly with business stakeholders, not only tickets or prompts
Can define data inputs, permissions, failure modes, and review gates
Can communicate clearly when the client workflow is ambiguous
Has evidence of follow-through after launch
Keeps sensitive actions behind human review
How it works
01
Tell us what you build, what client systems you understand, what tools you use, and what packages you want to offer.
02
We agree on your availability, sprint capacity, package types, target niches, minimum project size, and maintenance preferences.
03
We look at one deployment you built or would scope: sources, systems, agents, memory, outputs, approval gates, failure modes, monitoring, and definition of done.
04
When there is a fit, AgentLed helps scope the client workflow and provides the workspace layer. You handle human-supervised implementation.
05
Every successful deployment should leave behind a reusable template, checklist, schema, prompt package, approval pattern, or vertical offer.
How to apply
A strong application explains what you built, why it mattered, which systems were touched, how users adopted it, and what happened after launch.
FAQ
No. This is a partner and implementation track for independent builders. The Q4 2026 Deployment Cohort is small and focused on real client delivery, not generic contracting.
Yes. You can propose deployment sprints, hours packages, maintenance offers, or niche-specific delivery packages. During the Q4 2026 Deployment Cohort, AgentLed reviews packages before they are offered to clients.
No. You can bring your own agents, scripts, prompts, and development workflow. AgentLed provides the client workspace layer, integrations, memory, monitoring, approvals, and delivery structure.
AgentLed will bring selected client opportunities as they are sold, but this is not a guaranteed lead marketplace. Approved partners can also bring their own clients and use AgentLed as the delivery platform.
Partner economics depend on the package, client scope, and whether the client comes through AgentLed or through your own pipeline. We align on pricing, responsibilities, and maintenance expectations before anything is offered to a client.
We are most interested in partners who can reserve predictable weekly capacity, join client calls when needed, and support deployments after launch.
No. Cohort delivery is agent-assisted and human-supervised. A human remains responsible for integration setup, validation, monitoring, and customer-facing actions.
Define your availability, your package model, and the workflows you are prepared to own after launch. We will review fit and start with one scoped deployment.
